4. Active market approach

5. Longlist presentation
Within two weeks we already present the first longlist with initially screened candidates. This gives you immediate insight into the available talent and allows us to sharpen direction together.

6. Shortlist & interviews
After further selection and deepening, we create a shortlist of 3 to 5 matching candidates. We guide the process from interview to decision.

7. Placement
Once the right match is made, we guide the completion and ensure the process runs smoothly and professionally.

From offer to start date: we remain involved until the signature is there.

8. After-care
